Once 80% of the purchase price has been paid, a Provisional Allocation Letter will be issued, provided the subscriber does not default on subsequent payments.
If a payment default occurs, the subscriber will be granted a 21-day grace period. After this period, the provisional allocation may be revoked and the subscriber may be required to renegotiate the purchase price with the company.

Yes. Every subscriber is expected to pay an initial deposit as specified in the e-flyer. Depending on the chosen payment plan, the remaining balance can be paid through monthly installments as outlined in the Contract of Sale Agreement and payment schedule.
The initial deposit is ₦5,000,000 (Five Million Naira).
After payment confirmation, you will receive:

Failure to make payments within the agreed period may result in contract termination or revocation.
* Defaults exceeding 3 months attract a 5% default interest fee on the outstanding balance.
* The default fee is capped at 10%.
* If the default exceeds 6 months, the company reserves the right to terminate the subscription and issue a refund according to the refund policy, or allocate an alternative property equivalent to the refundable amount.
